Avoid the worry of your tickets getting lost in the post and select FREE and EASY ticket collection!
When booking your tickets, opt to collect your tickets from a station and you can breathe a sigh of relief. Once booked, they will be available immediately for collection from any 'Ticket on Departure' station. Just remember to bring your booking reference and the credit/debit card you booked with.

amendments & cancellations
Can I change my mind or cancel a ticket?
Try not to! Not all tickets are refundable and amendable and this is determined by the Train Operating Company offering the fare. Please double and triple check the ticket type to make sure you are buying a ticket that meets your requirements!
The terms and conditions of each fare type are viewable on the booking pages by selecting the fare and times you want, and then clicking on 'details of the selected fare.' Any change made to a booking is subject to a £10 Admin fee.
