These ticket types are used for admission to attractions.

Availability

Ticket offices and through train company telesales. Tickets may be available on-train from the guard or some self-service ticket macines.

Child:

Child discounts may be offered - please check the attraction's page on the National Rail website


Railcard:

Railcard discounts are generally not given, but concessionary admission prices may be offered for Youths or Seniors - please check the attraction's page on the National Rail website


Group:

Group discounts are not offered but you may be able to buy a group ticket directly with the attraction.

Break of Journey

Change of Journey

If you wish to change your ticket's date, you will need to contact the ticket's retailer. You may have to refund your ticket (see below) and buy a ticket for the new date.

Refunds

Your admission ticket is refundable. If you decide not to use your ticket then you can get a refund by returning your unused ticket to the ticket office or place of purchase (for tickets bought via websites, telesales or travel agents) within 28 days of the ticket expiry date.

You may be required to pay an administration fee (up to a maximum of £10 per ticket) and in some circumstances no refund will be paid.
