Break of Journey

Outward:

Break of journey is not permitted except for booked connections.

Customers may not start, break and resume, or end their journey at any intermediate station except to change to/from connecting trains as shown on the ticket(s) or other valid travel itinerary.

Return:

Not applicable.

Change of Journey

Changes to travel plans can be made any time before 1800 day before travel, subject to an administration charge and any difference in fare. After the train has departed no changes are allowed. Customers who do not travel on the train that they are reserved on will be charged the price of an Open Single.

Refunds

Wholly unused tickets are refunded if surrendered by 1800 the day before travel. An administration charge is deducted.
