Change of Journey

To change the date of outward travel, you will need to request a refund for the original ticket and purchase a new one for the new date.

You may change your travel plans for the return journey at any time within the validity of the ticket without having to pay an additional fare.

Refunds

Unused tickets may be submitted to the original retailer for a refund within 28 days of expiry. An administration fee may apply.
