Collecting your Tickets
When your booking is confirmed, you will be given two reference numbers - an eight character National Rail ticket collection reference and a Eurostar ticket collection reference.
Your UK rail tickets will need to be collected from a UK railway station with ticket collection facilities using the National Rail ticket collection reference and the card you paid with. Tickets can be collected from any station with ticket collection facilitiesat any point after the booking is completed.
Your Eurostar tickets need to be collected from the Eurostar terminal at least 45 minutes before your train is scheduled to depart. You will be required to show your passport to collect your Eurostar tickets.
