Ticket Delivery

When you book your tickets are sent to you by First Class post. Please make sure you enter your address accurately on the booking screen.
We issue tickets for departures from any station that does not have ticket collection machines to support tickets on departure (TOD).
It takes up to 5 days to get your tickets to you so, if your tickets have not arrived within that timeframe, please call us on 0906 20 20 002* quoting your booking reference. This is the 8 digit/letter reference that appears on the confirmation screen after you submit your booking. A copy of this will also be emailed to you.

Ticketing Alternatives

If you try to book from a station that does not support TOD (ticket on departure) within 5 days of travel, you will be given 3 options on the timetable screen..
You can either change your dates so that your departure date is more than 5 days in adavance.

Alternatively, you can select a different departure point, one that supports ticket on departure (TOD). Finally, you can select to keep the same departure station but select a TOD departure station to pick up your tickets.
