First Capital Connect provide commuter and longer distance rail services between London & the South East, reaching from Brighton on the Sussex Coast up to Kings Lynn on the Norfolk Wash.

 

 

 

About First Capital Connect

First Capital Connect is a train operating company of the UK that provides passenger train services to and from London to the Norfolk Wash and to the South coast calling at Brighton train station. First Capital Connect provide rail connections from 5 London rail stations: London Kings Cross, London Bridge, London Blackfriars, City Thameslink, and London St Pancras Intl (for trains to Europe via the EUROSTAR). First Capital Connect also provide direct rail connections to Gatwick airport rail station and Luton airport rail station.

 

First Capital Connect Route

First Capital Connect operate along two major train lines the: Great Northern route links Peterborough and Kings Lynn via Cambridge to London train stations and The Thameslink Link route links surburban stations North and South of london with Bedford and Brighton. Before the First Capital Connect Franchise these train lines were operated by the Thameslink railway and WAGN. First Capital Connect train operating company has been in operation since 2006.
