Still not had enough of beer?  Then visit Erdinger Weissbräu brewery the largest wheat brewery in the world; the brewery has been running since 1886 and combines traditional techniques with state of the art technology.  After you’ve had your fill at the brewery don’t miss the opportunity to spend a leisurely afternoon or evening sampling local tipple in one of the most famous taverns in the world, the Holfbräuhaus beer hall, where 10,000 litres of beer are consumed every day on average.

If traditional grub is what you are after head to Die schwemme restaurant in Augustiner Bräuhaus and enjoy some traditional pork dumplings and sauerkraut weisswurst (white veal sausage) with pretzels, enjoyed side by side with other diners, laid back style on long antique wooden tables.  If you want a more romantic eat then the revolving restaurant in Olympia Park is the only place to be, set up 182 metres high sit in luxury and look down on the city and the rest of Olympia centre where history was made in the 1972 games.
