Victoria and Albert Museum

Commonly regarded as the worlds largest museum of decorative arts and design with in excess of 4.5 million objects. Queen Victoria officially opened the museum in 1857 and it changed its name from South Kensington Museum to its current title in 1899 named after Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Admission is free to the public and getting to the Victoria and Albert in London is via South Kensington Tube Station on the Piccadilly, Circle and District Line.
