Reading FC

Established in 1871 Reading turned professional in 1895 and moved to Elm Park in 1896 a purpose built stadium.Over a hundred years on they moved to the Madjeski Stadium named after their chairman John Madjeski.The stadium holds 24,000 and they currently share it with London Irish professional Rugby Union side. Supporters arriving by train go into Reading Mainline and then the 79 football special bus ferries fans to the ground.
