Home to the world famous Grand National Aintree Racecourse is situated a few miles outside of Liverpool. The Grand National meeting comprises a 4 day meeting culminating in the 4 1/2 mile marathon on the Saturday. Access to Aintree by train is from Liverpool Lime Street Station with local trains to Aintree Station and the course is a 2 minute walk away.
