Full Terms and Conditions
- The competition will run from Monday 12th July to Friday 6th August
- The closing date for entries is the Friday, one week before each concert.
- Entry to the competition is free. No purchase necessary.
- The competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Raileasy, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition, including the third-party promotional partners.
- There are seven prize draws. One for each concert. To be eligible, entrants must sign up for the raileasy newsletter.
- Winners will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The winners will be drawn at random at 12 noon on the Friday, one week before each concert from all names received prior to the close of the competition. The winner will be notified by phone within 24 hours of the draw date. The winner has 2 days (until 12pm noon on Monday) to confirm acceptance of their prize and confirm rail travel plans, otherwise raileasy reserves the right to redraw the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, raileasy reserves the right to draw another winner from the entries that were received before the closing date.
- The prize draws are as follows:
3 pairs of tickets to the concerts listed above and 3 pairs of standard return rail tickets to that event
- Winners are responsible for organising transport to and from their nearest train station.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Raileasy will not be liable for any technical failures of any kind, that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to attend the concert.
- Submission of an online competition entry will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Raileasy reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, at its sole discretion, a competition is not able to be conducted as specified.
- Raileasy reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
