Full Terms and Conditions

1. Open to residents of UK, IoM and CI aged 18 or over only, except employees and their immediate families of Ferries Trains Planes Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Competition Closing date is 10-March-2010. The Competition draw will take place on 11-March-2010.
4. Entries are made by filling in the appropriate online form. No more than one entry may be made by any individual in each prize draw and nor may any e-mail address be used more than once in any prize draw. Entries including false details will be disregarded. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. Ferries Trains Planes Limited reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.
5. Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Ferries Trains Planes Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing and sending offers and other information.
6. Ferries Trains Planes has the right to take photographs of prize draw winners and to use those photographs and the names and images of such winners to publicise online, in e-mails and through any other media its prize draws and other products. Individuals should not enter prize draws if they do not agree to this.
7. Ferries Trains Planes may suspend or terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.
8. As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
9. All participants must ensure that they provide a valid email address and are contactable on the same email address used for their entry.
10. A maximum value of prize is £2500 worth of UK rail travel to be fulfilled solely at www.raileasy.co.uk as required by the prize winner
11. Images of prizes are for illustrative purposes only and may not be a fully accurate portrayal of the prizes.
12. No other costs will be covered by the promoter other than those stated above.
13. Booking of prizes/award travel is subject to availability.
14. No cash alternatives will be available. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
15. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website, mobile or at any of our promotional third party partners. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud.
17. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive.
18. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
20. The winners' names will be made available via the website for a minimum period of 3 months after the closing date.
