Opting for ticket on departure (ToD) when you book is usually the quickest and most convenient way to receive your rail tickets.

Train tickets are ready for pick up as soon as the booking is confirmed and can be collected from any National Rail station with ticket collection facilities free of charge. All you'll need is your booking reference and the credit or debit card you paid with.

Can I travel on an earlier or later train or cancel my train ticket?

All train ticket terms and conditions are set by the train company and will vary depending on the fare type. Please double and triple check the ticket terms and conditions before you book to make sure you are buying a train ticket that meets your requirements!

The terms and conditions of each rail fare can be viewed on the booking pages by clicking the blue information button beside the price of your chosen rail fare. All train ticket amendments and refunds are subject to a £10 admin fee.

Always use the National Rail site to check for pre-planned engineering works before booking train tickets and for current service disruptions affecting your route before you set off from home.
